In the event of a larger or more production safety accident, the accident occurrence unit shall report to the provincial safety production supervision and administration department and the provincial coal mine safety supervision and administration institution within one hour. 3. Where a major or especially serious production safety accident occurs, the accident occurrence unit may immediately report it to the State Administration of Safety in Production and the State Administration Supervision. of Coal Mine Safety 2. Continuation of Accident Information If the specific circumstances of the accident are unclear for the time being, the unit responsible for the accident report may report the general situation of the accident in advance and then make up for the overall situation of the accident. If new situations arise after the accident information report, the unit responsible for the accident report shall timely renew the report.Major accidents involving risks, general accidents and major accidents should be renewed at least once a day, and major accidents and especially major accidents should be renewed at least twice a day. If the number of casualties caused by an accident changes within 30 days from the date of the accident (within 7 days from the date of the occurrence of road traffic and fire accidents), the report shall be made up on the same day.
