The supervisory work shall be carried out under the system of group leader responsibility. The group leader shall be the leader of the town. If necessary, the relevant personnel of the Town Committee and the inspection office of the town government may be consulted to participate. Article 5 The contents of supervision mainly include: (1) The implementation of the central, provincial and municipal decision-making and deployment.The central, provincial, municipal and county governments have comprehensively implemented the decision-making and deployment of river length system in terms of communication, learning, work deployment, publicity and mobilization. (4) Construction of the organizational system.The delimitation of river and lake directory, the establishment of river and lake system, the division of labor and the implementation of responsibilities of departments, the establishment of river and lake office and the implementation of staff, the implementation of river and lake management and protection, law enforcement and supervision subjects, personnel, equipment and funds, and the cultivation of river and lake management, maintenance and cleaning market system.
