Fire Water Supply Pipeline Layout Requirements of Outdoor Fire Water Supply Pipeline 1) When outdoor fire water supply uses two fire water supply routes, it should be arranged in a ring, but when using one fire water supply routes, it can be arranged in a branch. 2) There should be no fewer than two intake pipes to supply water to the annular network. When one of them fails, the remaining intake pipes should meet the demand of the total amount of fire water supply. 3) Fire water supply pipelines should be divided into several separate sections by valves, and the number of fire hydrants should not exceed 5 in each section. 02Pipes, valves and laying Automatic exhaust valve should be installed at the highest point of fire water supply system pipeline. The check valve on the outlet pipe of fire pump should be eliminated by water hammer. When the water supply height of fire pump exceeds 24m, the water hammer eliminator should be used. When a cystic pneumatic water tank is installed on the outlet pipe of a fire pump, there is no water hammer elimination facility.In cold and cold areas, outdoor valve wells should take anti-freezing measures, fire hydrants, valves and other indoor and outdoor locations of fire water supply system should be set up permanent fixed signs. 03Indoor fire water supply pipeline 1The network of indoor fire hydrant system should be arranged in a ring. When the design flow of outdoor fire hydrant is not more than 20L/s, and the indoor fire hydrant is not more than 10, it can be arranged in a branch shape, unless otherwise specified in the code. 2The diameter of indoor fire-fighting pipeline should be determined by calculation according to the design flow rate, flow rate and pressure requirements of the system. The diameter of indoor fire hydrant vertical pipe should be determined by calculation according to the minimum flow rate of the vertical pipe, but not less than DN100. 3When repairing the annular water supply pipeline of indoor hydrant, the following requirements shall be met: (1) The indoor fire hydrant vertical pipe should ensure that no more than one stop vertical pipe is closed when the pipeline is repaired. When the vertical pipe exceeds 4, two adjacent vertical pipes can be closed. (2) Valves shall be installed at the junction of each vertical pipe and the water supply transverse trunk pipe. 4Indoor hydrant water supply pipe network should be set separately from other water extinguishing systems such as automatic sprinkler system. When the fire pump is used jointly, water supply pipe should be set separately in front of the alarm valve along the direction of water flow. 5The design velocity of fire water supply pipeline should not exceed 2.5m/s. The design velocity of automatic fire water supply pipeline should conform to the relevant provisions of the current national standards, but the feed water velocity of any fire control pipeline should not exceed 7m/s.
