Fire resistance grade of different buildings 1Plant: Level 2 (special/valuable, high- rise, A/B, C+liquid, D+spark/open fire/red heat surface, oil-immersed transformer room, high-voltage distribution room, boiler room); Level 3 (single/multi-layer+C, multi- layer+D/E, construction surface less than 300+independent+A/B+single layer,<500+single layer+C,<1000+single layer+D, coal-fired+total evaporation less than 4 t/h boiler room). 2Warehouse: Class II (elevated, high-rise, Class A, multi-layer + B, multi-layer + storage of combustible liquids + C); Class III (single layer + B, single layer + C, multi- layer + storage of combustible solids + C, multi-layer + D/E, grain bunker). 3Civil use: first level (underground, first- class high-rise); second level (single-storey, important public, second-class high-rise). 4Plant/warehouse: roof bearing components (first level + single layer + automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing). 5Fire protection measures for steel structures: non-polar refractory coating, fire retardant coating spraying (inspection comparison of samples / inspection of coating appearance and thickness / inspection of expansion multiple). 6There are mainly two kinds of fire protection measures for steel structural members: one is to use inorganic materials such as masonry, mortar, fire-proof board, and the other is fire-proof coating for steel structure, which is to apply fire-proof coating on the surface of steel structural members of buildings and structures to form a fire-proof and heat-proof protective layer to improve the fire-proof limit of steel structures. 7Teaching buildings, canteens and vegetable markets can be built on the first or second floors of three-level fire-resistant buildings and on the first floor of four-level fire-resistant buildings.The main teaching rooms of the primary school teaching buildings shall not be set at more than four floors, and the main teaching rooms of the secondary school teaching buildings shall not be set at more than five floors. 8Theatres, cinemas and auditoriums shall be arranged on the first, second or third floors of multi-storey buildings with first or second fire-resistant grades; when they are set in buildings with third fire-resistant grades, they shall not be arranged on three or more floors; when they are set underground or semi-underground, they shall be located on the first floor, and not on the third or lower floors.
