Corporate Secrecy System Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 This system is formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State, in combination with the Regulations on the Management of Intellectual Property Rights of Companies and the specific circumstances, in order to safeguard the overall and long-term interests of the company, enable the company to develop in a long-term, stable and efficient manner, and adapt to the fierce market competition. Article 2 Scope of Application: All personnel of Drucker Consulting Company, including salesmen, managers and logistics personnel, have the obligation to keep the company's business secrets. Chapter II Scope of Corporate Secrets Article 3 Corporate secrets refer to all kinds of information that are not known to the public, which can bring economic benefits to the company, which is practical and confidential by the company. 1The term "unknown" in this system means that the information can not be obtained directly from public channels. 2The term "economic benefits and practicability" in this system refers to the fact that the information has definite applicability and can bring real or potential economic benefits or competitive advantages to the company. 3The information referred to in this system includes internal documents, marketing strategies, customer lists, tender base and tender contents, tourism information, product information, etc. Article 4 Company secrets include, but are not limited to, the following matters. 1Secret matters in the company's production, operation and development strategy. 2Secret matters in the major decisions made by the company on operation and management.
