Corporate Secrecy System Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 This system is formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State, in combination with the Regulations on the Management of Intellectual Property Rights of Companies and the specific circumstances, in order to safeguard the overall and long-term interests of the company, enable the company to develop in a long-term, stable and efficient manner, and adapt to the fierce market competition. Article 2 Scope of Application: All personnel of Drucker Consulting Company, including salesmen, managers and logistics personnel, have the obligation to keep the company's business secrets. Chapter II Scope of Corporate Secrets Article 3 Corporate secrets refer to all kinds of information that are not known to the public, which can bring economic benefits to the company, which is practical and confidential by the company. 1The term "unknown" in this system means that the information can not be obtained directly from public channels. 2The term "economic benefits and practicability" in this system refers to the fact that the information has definite applicability and can bring real or potential economic benefits or competitive advantages to the company. 3The information referred to in this system includes internal documents, marketing strategies, customer lists, tender base and tender contents, tourism information, product information, etc. Article 4 Company secrets include, but are not limited to, the following matters. 1Secret matters in the company's production, operation and development strategy. 2Secret matters in the major decisions made by the company on operation and management. Chapter III Secret Classification Article 5 Top Secret refers to matters of great interest to the company's survival, production, scientific research, operation and personnel. Once disclosed, the company's safety and interests will be particularly seriously damaged. It mainly includes the following contents: 1The company's overall development plan, business strategy, marketing strategy, business negotiation content and carrier, formal contract and agreement documents. 2According to the Archives Law, all kinds of archives belong to the top secret level. 3Summary of the company's triple conference and other important meetings. Article 6 Confidentiality refers to matters that have important interests in the operation and personnel of the company. Once disclosed, the company's safety and interests will be seriously damaged. It mainly includes the following contents: 1The important personnel adjustment and arrangement of the company which has not yet been determined, and the evaluation materials of the personnel department for the managers. 2The company's contacts with high-level external personages and business personnel and their carriers. 3Company salary system, financial special signature, account number, safe password, monthly, quarterly, annual financial budget, final accounts report and various financial and statistical reports, computer open password, contents of important disks and their storage location. 4Records of company events. 5According to the Archives Law, all kinds of archives belong to the confidential level. 6The method, channel and company's countermeasure of obtaining competitor's situation. 7Principles and policies grasped internally in foreign affairs activities. 8Family address and outgoing activities of managers above the company. Article 7 Secrets refer to matters that have a greater interest in the operation and personnel of the company. Once disclosed, the company's safety and interests will be damaged. They mainly include the following contents: 1Consumption level survey, market potential survey and forecast, Market Forecast of future new products and their carriers. 2Advertising plan and marketing plan. 3Illegal and Manager's disciplinary Office, the incidents Finance investigated Department by and the General other relevant departments, as well as the situation and carriers of the persons responsible. 46. According to the Archives Law, all kinds of archives belong to the secret level. 5Check forms and results.
