PROG (pin 2):Constant current charging current setting and charging current monitoring terminal.The charging current can be programmed by connecting an external resistor from the PROG pin to the ground end.In the pre-charging stage, the voltage of the pin is limited to 0.2V; in the constant-current charging stage, the voltage of the pin is fixed to 1V.In all charging modes, the charging current can be estimated by measuring the voltage of the pin according to the following formula: IBAT= VPROG/RPROG*1200 GND (pin 3):Power ground. VCC (pin 4):Input voltage positive input.The pin voltage is the working power supply of the internal circuit.When the voltage difference between VCC and BAT pins is less than 30 mV, SLM6400 will enter a low-power shutdown mode, and the current of BAT pins will be less than 2 uA. BAT (pin 5):Battery connection end.Connect the front end of the battery to this pin.When the chip is banned from working or sleeping mode, BAT Leakage current of pin is less than 2uA.The BAT pin provides the battery with charging current and 4.2V limiting voltage. NSTDBY (pin 6):Battery Full Indicator of Leakage Open Output.When the battery is full, the pin is pulled to a low level by the internal switch, otherwise the pin is in a high resistance state. NCHRG (pin 7):The charging state indicator of drain open circuit output.When the charger charges the battery, the pin is pulled to a low level by the internal switch, indicating that charging is in progress; otherwise, the pin is in a high resistance state.
