This competition is sanctioned by the Lone Star Barbecue Society with over 60 teams participating in 2021 and as a sponsor, you are a very important part of this event. There are five levels of sponsorship this year. Your money will be used to aid in the promotion and to offset the expense of the cook-off. As a sponsor, you could be recognized as a co-sponsor of the event, in print advertising, on radio spots, on back of the t-shirt, or in a general recognition during and after the event. You can start your weekend off by enjoying a fish fry sponsored by the Lions Club then cut a rug with the best Live Music around! 1K kids color run, 5K color run, arts & crafts vendors, Cornhole Competition, Live Music Friday and Saturday night, and lots of delicious food will be a part of the joys and excitement you will find at the 25th Anniversary of the Goldthwaite Goat Cook Off!
