Reward and Punishment System for Hospital Infectious Disease Epidemic Report In order to strengthen the management of infectious disease reporting, improve the quality of reporting, and provide accurate information in time, this system is formulated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases. 1Article 21 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases stipulates that medical institutions shall be responsible reporting units and the persons performing their duties shall be responsible epidemic reporting persons. 2(3) Time limit for reporting: When a responsible epidemic report finds patients or suspected patients infected with highly pathogenic avian influenza, such as pulmonary anthrax, infectious atypical pneumonia, poliomyelitis and other infectious diseases as B and B, it shall report the infectious diseases to the preventive and Health Department of the hospital within two hours, and carry the pathogens of other infectious diseases such as B, C, suspected patients and the infectious diseases prescribed for reporting.The patients were reported to the preventive and Health Department of the hospital within 24 hours after diagnosis. 3The quality requirements for filling in the Infectious Disease Report Card are as follows: the contents must be complete and no items should be omitted; the items should be filled in accurately, the address of the patient should be specific and detailed, the handwriting should be neat and easy to identify, and the signature of the applicant should be given; the date of diagnosis and report must be the same day. 4The preventive health department checks the outpatient logs and hospital registration books of relevant departments monthly, checks whether infectious disease cases have been reported, and verifies the quality of filling in the report card. 5According to Article 40 of the Measures for the Management of Monitoring Information Reporting of Emergency Public Health Events and Infectious Diseases, medical and health personnel performing their duties who conceal, postpone or falsely report the epidemic situation of infectious diseases shall be warned by the health administrative department at or above the banner level. If the circumstances are serious, they shall be ordered to suspend their practice activities for more than six months and less than one year or to revoke their practice certificates.If serious consequences such as the spread of the epidemic situation or the deterioration of the situation are caused, the judicial organ shall investigate the criminal responsibility of the epidemic. 6In order to eliminate the phenomenon of missed and delayed reporting of infectious diseases and ensure the quality of infectious disease reporting cards, rewards and penalties are specially formulated: (1) The direct person responsible for one case of missing report of infectious diseases is deducted 1 point according to the quality assessment criteria. (2) The direct responsible person for the late reporting of infectious diseases shall be deducted 1 point according to the quality assessment criteria.Late report more than 2 departments, withholding department director post allowance 100. (3) The person directly responsible for filling in the missing items in the infectious disease report card shall deduct 0.5 points according to the quality assessment standard.
