There were 3,048 Members of the Association represented by the presence of the Voting Members. The notice was also posted on the WCA marquees on 07/09/21. II. IV. Minutes  Approval of Meeting Minutes for June 8, 2021 Monthly Meeting Rick Goldstein made the motion to approve the 06/08/2021 monthly meeting minutes. Nancy Sells seconded the motion. A vote was taken and the motion passed 26-0-1 (Keswick abstained) V. New Business  Legal Update – Shumaker Loop & Kendrick (Kathleen Reres) - Kathleen Reres of SLK gave an update on all the recent House and Senate Bills that the Governor signed which became effective July 1, 2021. A Power Point presentation was done and then distributed via email to all VM’s and alternates (on July 14, 2021).  INSG’s As of the July 13th VM meeting, none of the INSG’s being presented have reached the 51% votes from the neighborhood owners EXCEPT for The Bridges bronze enclosure INSG amendment. o Bridges VM Meeting July 13, 2021 p. 1 of 3  Bronze Screen Enclosure INSG Dawn Gingrich made the motion to initially approve the Bridges bronze screen enclosure INSG.
