QUALIFICATIONS (200 words limit) Relevant educational qualifications or equivalent professional experience in the field of human rights; good communication skills (i.e. orally and in writing) in one of the six official languages of the United Nations (i.e. Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, Spanish.) I hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)(with Merit) from the University of Zambia, a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Human Rights Law from the University of Essex, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Human Rights Law from Griffith University and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Human Rights Law from Abo Akademi University. In addition, I have taught international law, international human rights law and international humanitarian law at universities in eSwatini, South Africa, Sweden, Uganda and Zambia.
