The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Providers for the provision of Vehicle Rent Services for IOM Qatar Operations on a Long-term Agreement Basis for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued. The IOM through the Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (hereinafter called BEAC) now invites interested companies to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the mentioned Services. More details on the Services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR). The Service Provider will be selected under a Quality – Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP. The Proposals must be delivered through email to the BEAC with office address at (smaaodhah@iom.int or idahir@iom.int keeping in copy AMUKARUKUNDO@iom.int) on or 15 April 2022, 17.00 hours local time. No late proposal shall be accepted. Proposals must be valid for a period of 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the deadline. Service Providers should submit only one Proposal. IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Service Provider/s or any obligation to inform the affected Service Provider/s of the ground for IOM’s action. Instructions to Service Providers 1. Introduction 1.1 This invitation is open to all eligible Service Providers to submit a Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal for the Services required.
