WARRANTY CERTIFICATION TCL has made every effort in the development of this product to be free from any flaw inn workmanship or defective materials. Our products have undergone quality control tests in high grade facilities to ensure our customers that our brand is dedicated to bring nothing but the best experience. However, there are a few cases beyond the manufacture’s control that may result to irregularities on the product. Should you experience any defect or malfunction with the TCL product your bought, please let us know through our service hotline by calling (02)87716888 and we will be happy to assist you. You may also bring the product together with its proof of purchase, and this Warranty Certificate to the nearest TCL Accredited Service Center to help you with your service necessities. TCL will be glad to attend to the repair or replacement of any defective parts that is subjected to this Warranty Certification. WARRANTY REQUIREMENT Should be the TCL product you bought fail or malfunction due to a defect in material or flaw in workmanship under normal use within warranty period, TCL SUN, INC at its option, shall repair or replace the product upon receipt of original proof of purchase. This warranty is valid only to products distributed by TCL SUN, INC. and purchased in Philippine territories. 1. GENERAL CONDITIONS 1.1 The TCL product you bought and components contained therein are fully warranted against defective material and malfunction faults under our product warranty guide from the date of purchase. 1.2 TCL products found defective within seven (7) days from purchase date indicated in the official proof of purchase shall be replaced but are subjected to the terms and conditions of this warranty certificate. 1.3 Notice of alleged defects must promptly reported upon discovery. This warranty certificate must be presented with dated proof of purchase (tax invoice/receipt) to our authorized service personnel for the product to be attended for service and warranty claim. 1.4 TCL SUN, INC. reserves the right to decide relating to customer complaints due to product defects caused by either material or workmanship flaw for warranty claims. The assessment of TCL SUN, INC. and/or its Accredited Service Centers (ASC) shall be conclusive and the customer should abide by such decision. Any unit or defective part replaced shall thereon become the property of TCL SUN, INC. 1.5 TCL SUN, INC. and or its Accredited Service Centers (ASC) reserve/s the right to charge a service fee for out of warranty repair/service of any nature and shall not be deemed liable if conditions are not met. 1.6 The terms and conditions of this warranty shall be contained exclusively in this Warranty Certificate and no presentation of other provisions, either written or otherwise regardless of its origin shall be accepted by TCL SUN, INC. and/or its Accredited Service Centers (ASC). 2. WARRANTY PERIOD AND COVERAGE PER PRODUCT CATEGORY Single Tub Washing Machines: One (1) year for labor and parts with the exception of exterior appearance parts such as the cabinet, knobs, lid or buttons from the date of original purchase. Twin Tub (Washer and Spin Dryer) Washing Machines: One (1) year for labor and parts with the exception of exterior appearance parts such as the cabinet, knobs, lid or buttons from the date of original purchase. Fully Automatic Washing Machines (Top Load and Front Load) One (1) year for labor and parts with the exception of exterior appearance parts such as the cabinet, knobs, lid or buttons from the date of original purchase. Ten (10) years for motor from date of original purchase. Expendable items such as labor and transportation costs are excluded after the period of labor and parts warranty expires. 3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS 3.1 Damage acquired by the product due to accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, tampering, or failure of the user to follow normal operating procedures outlined in the user’s manual. 3.2 Damage due to spills of food or liquid, or wrong usage of electrical supply and voltage. 3.3 Damage acquired due to acts of God (Typhoon, Earthquakes, Fire or and the like). 3.4 Damage caused by transportation and handling, including scratches, dents, chips or other damages to the finish of the product, unless the damage was result from workmanship flaws; alleged damage should be reported within seven (7) days from date of purchase. 3.5 Defects or damages acquired from improper testing, operation, demonstration, maintenanc
