Each artwork must be clearly labelled with the full name of the artist, title, medium and price. The price on the entry form will be the sale price of the artwork. 2. 2D artworks must be suitably wired for hanging. Wet paintings will not be accepted. 3D artworks must be prepared for safe display. 3. Each exhibitor may enter a maximum of six (6) entries for which there is a $10.00 fee per entry. 4. Substitute entries must be acknowledged to the Art Show Coordinator. 5. The Club reserves the right to reject any entry. 6. The Club reserves the right to exhibit artworks chosen by the judge for the period ending noon Monday 18th April and will be entitled to offer any work for sale any time during the Art Show at the price stipulated on the entry form, and in the event of a sale, will be entitled to retain 25% by way of commission. 7. The decision of the judge is final. 8. The Club will exercise all reasonable care in handling the works submitted but will not be responsible for the loss of, or damage to, any works while in the custody of Club or the Club’s agents. 9. No work previously exhibited at Alexandra Rotary Easter Art Show shall be entered. 10. Unsold artworks will be available for collection between 1pm & 3pm on Monday, April 18th 2022. If not being collected personally, written authority must be produced by your agent. 11. If artworks are posted they must have adequate packaging material for the return of the artwork if unsold, and stamps for return. A dedicated travel container is best.
