ACTUARIAL FOUNDATION DIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP Award: $1,000 (for Freshman year) April Opens in November closes in Criteria: This scholarship is offered to minority students interested in actuarial science. The minority scholarship requires a personal statement, transcripts, and two letters of recommendation. Requires an essay about your academic achievements and goals, transcripts, proof of enrollment in an appropriate major, a photo, and a letter of recommendation. AIR FORCE SERGEANTS ASSOCIATION/AIRMEN MEMORIAL FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS Award: $500 - $3,000 Deadline: March 31 Criteria: Students interested in attending an accredited college or university must be the dependent of an active duty, retired, or veteran Air Force, ANG, or AFRC enlisted member to apply. Requires a 3.5 GPA on an unweighted 4.0 scale, SAT or ACT scores, an essay, and a letter of recommendation. The same application applies for several other AFSA scholarship programs.
