Plane layout of fire control room Fire control room is the display and control center of fire prevention and extinguishing facilities in buildings, the command center of fire fighting, and one of the key parts to ensure the safety of buildings. It should be located in the places where traffic is convenient and fire is not easy to burn. Its setting should conform to the following provisions: (1) The fire-resistant grade of the fire control room built separately shall not be lower than that of the second class. (2) The fire control room attached to the building should be located on the first floor or the underground floor of the building and declared to be located near the outer wall. The fire-resistant partition wall with a fire- resistant limit of not less than 2.00h and the floor with a fire-resistant limit of not less than 1.50h should be used to separate the fire control room from other parts. The evacuation door should be directly through the outdoor or safety exit. (3) It is strictly forbidden to cross electrical lines and pipelines unrelated to the fire control room. (4) It should not be located near the equipment room where the electromagnetic field interference is strong and other equipment may affect the work of fire control equipment.
