The mine safety supervision station is responsible for the occupational health examination and the management of occupational disease diagnosis and treatment of its employees.To formulate occupational health surveillance plans and organize workers to undergo acute occupational health examinations before, during and after taking up their posts according to law, and to establish workers'health surveillance files and keep them properly.The responsible mine for safety supervising supervision the station is development of occupational health surveillance and rewarding and punishing relevant departments and personnel. 2. Workers and occupational taboos who are found to suffer from occupational-related health damage during health examination should be handled promptly according to different situations. 1Workers and occupational contraindication patients who are found to have health impairment related to their occupations by pre-employment health examination shall not be allowed to engage in contraindicated work for any reason. 2When regular health check-ups during on-the-job period reveal contraindications workers with and occupational occupational-related health impairments, they should be promptly removed from their original jobs. 3Workers who suffer from occupational-related health impairments should undergo at least one health check-up every year. 4. The system of notification and confidentiality shall be implemented in the health examination results form. 1Health examination results should be timely and truthfully informed to the inspected person himself. 2The results of health examination should be kept confidential, and no one should be allowed to divulge the information of his own examination to other persons at will. 5. Expenses for health examination and diagnosis and treatment of occupational disease damage shall be included in the special funds for occupational health, in the costs of units or projects, and in the implementation of special funds. 1The fees for health examination and occupational disease damage diagnosis and treatment shall be planned annually by the safety supervision station.After being examined and approved by the leadership of the reporting unit, it shall be included in the annual budget of the unit for special purpose.No unauthorized misappropriation is allowed. 2No unreasonable delay, withholding or refusal to pay the expenses related to occupational health examination and occupational disease damage diagnosis and treatment by harmful workers (including migrant workers). 6. Staff health surveillance files must be properly kept by designated departments and specialists. 1Health surveillance files should be kept permanently, so as to prevent loss. 2The health surveillance files of employees shall not be transmitted at will. 3Employees themselves have the right to borrow and copy their own health records.
