Construction Layout The floor-type steel pipe fastener unloading platform adopts 48 *2.8 steel pipe. The stacking load is considered as 5KN. The erection dimension is 5.4 *4.5m, the vertical distance is 0.9m, the horizontal distance is 0.9m, the horizontal distance is 1.80m, the steel pipe distance at the bottom of the platform is 0.2m and the distance from the wall is 1.4m.The height of 2, 3, and 4# are 4.95m, 9m and 13m respectively.(See the drawings for details). 5. Construction methods1.The structure of the landing unloading platform requires 1.1 vertical pole (1) All the unloading platforms adopt 48 x 2.8 vertical pipes.(2) In addition to overlap joints at the top, butt fasteners are used for the rest of the pole joints.(3) The butt fasteners on the vertical pole should be staggered, the two adjacent vertical pole joints should not be located in the same span at the same time, and the distance between the two adjacent vertical pole joints should not be less than or equal to the height direction. 500 mm, the distance between the center of each joint and the main node should not be greater than 1/3 of the step distance.1.2 Longitudinal horizontal bar (1) Longitudinal horizontal bar is set under the horizontal bar and is fastened with right angle fasteners on the inner side of the vertical bar.(2) Horizontal poles are connected by butt fasteners or lap joints.A. Butt fasteners should be arranged staggeringly, not in the same span, and the horizontal distance between adjacent joints should not be greater than 500 mm, and should be avoided in the middle of the span.B.
