Structural Levels of 8.1.2 Flat Roofs 1. Hierarchical Names of Structures 防水层 Flat roof is u sually made wa terproof layer on roof panel. There are two basic structur es of flat roo f. One is airproof layer, t he other is ai r-proof layer. The structure of flat roof i s shown in the following figu re. 找平层 保温层 找坡层 结构层 (a) 无隔气层 防水层 找平层 保温层 隔气层 找平层 找坡层 结构层 (b) 有隔气层 防水屋面的结构层次示意图 2. Meaning of each structural level 2. Looking for slope layer: Since there is no slope in roof base (structural layer), the slope of roof drainage is us ually found by looking for slope layer. 3. Leveling layer: A layer of mortar is applied to the slope layer or insulation layer to fill the hole and smooth the rough surface, so that the waterproof layer can be firmly combined with the base layer. 4. Gas insulation layer: to make the roof structure and room better isolation, to prevent indoor humidity transfer to the insulation layer and reduce the insulation function a nd damage the waterproof layer, generally using one felt two oil. 5. Insulation and insulation layer: Generally lay a layer of loose or heat-insulating material under the waterproof la yer of the roof, which can reduce the indoor temperature to the roof in winter and prevent the heat radiation of t he sun to the indoor in summer, thus playing the role of insulation and insulation. 6. Waterproof layer: It is a layer to prevent rainwater from infiltrating into the room. It is the main layer of the r oof. It includes bonding layer, coiled material and prote ctive layer. 3. Drainage facilities on flat roofs 3. The drainage facilities of flat roof mainly i nclude eaves, rainwater outlets, graph buckets, dow nspouts and various flooding. ic 2) 3) Eaves ditch: in the organized drainage, the eaves ditch of flat roof is usually set up with reinforced concrete eaves ditch.Make slag and 1:3 cement mortar on eaves to find slo pe and leveling layer, and then make linoleum waterproof l ayer. The linoleum waterproof layer of the eaves ditch and the roof waterproof layer of the linoleum should be integr ated, and the waterproof layer should extend upward to the top of the wall at the eaves ditch wall.At the eaves of th e parapet wall, the eaves can be located in the inner side of the outer wall, and every other section of the parapet wall is provided with a rainwater outlet to flow into the rainwater pipe. Rainwater outlet: At the junction of eaves and drains, rai nwater outlets are usually placed. Rainwater outlets are u sually cast iron products. They can also be made of 24 or 26 # galvanized iron sheet. If cast iron downspout is used, cast iron rainwater outlet should be used, and the rainwat er outlet should be capped (shot put). Rainwater pipes and buckets 4) The downcomer can be made of galvanized iron sheet or cast iron. The downcomer of cast iron products is often used for internal drainage, and the white iron downcome r is often used for external drainage. The upper end of the water pipe is connected to the eaves or to the lowe r mouth of the device bucket, and the lower end incline s toward the outside of the wall and is 200 feet off th e ground. 5) Rainwater buckets are usually installed at the junction of eaves and drains. The function of water buckets is t o prevent overflow of eaves due to excessive water flow .The shape of the bucket is an inverted cone, the upper mouth is generally 300 x 300, an
