Key Points for Acceptance and Control of Water Supply in Fire Control System I. Acceptance and Acceptance of Data When accepting the system, the construction unit shall provide the following information: 1.Completion acceptance application report, design document and completion data. 2.Report on commissioning of fire water supply and hydrant system. 3.Report on the handling of engineering quality accidents. 4.Records of quality management inspection at construction site. 5.Record of quality control inspection during construction of fire water supply and hydrant system. 6.Quality Control Inspection Data of Fire Water Supply and Hydrant System. II. Acceptance and Acceptance of Equipment 1.Fire pump Fire pump acceptance shall meet the following requirements: 1) Fire pump should run smoothly, and there should be no harmful noise vibration. 2) Specifications, models and quantities of pressure relief valves, water hammer elimination facilities, check valves and signal valves on working pumps, standby pumps, suction pipes, outlet pipes and outlet pipes shall meet the design requirements; control valves on suction pipes and outlet pipes shall be locked in the normally open position and shall be marked clearly. 3) Fire pump should adopt self-irrigation water diversion mode, and should ensure that all effective water storage is effectively utilized. 4) The functions of each end water test device, water test valve and test hydrant, water flow indicator, pressure switch, pressure switch (pipe network), flow switch of high-level fire water tank should be opened separately, which should meet the design requirements. 5) Open the test valve on the outlet pipe of the fire pump, when the main power supply is used to start the fire pump, the fire pump should start normally; turn off the main power supply, the main and standby power supply should switch normally; the standby pump should start and switch each other normally; and the local and remote start-stop functions of the fire pump should be normal. 6) When the fire pump stops, the pressure after the water hammer is removed should not exceed 1.4 times of the designed working pressure at the outlet of the pump. 7) Fire pump starting control should be placed in automatic starting block. 8) Fixed and mobile flowmeters and pressure gauges are used to test the performance of fire pump. The performance of the pump should meet the design requirements. 2.Pressure stabilizing pump Acceptance and acceptance of pressure stabilized pumps shall meet the following requirements: 1) The model performance of the pressure regulator pump should meet the design requirements. 2) The control of the pressure stabilization pump should meet the design requirements, and technical measures should be taken to prevent the frequent start- up of the pressure stabilization pump. 3) The starting and stopping times of pressure stabilization pump in 1 hour should meet the design requirements, and should not be greater than 15 times/h.4) The power supply of the regulator pump should be normal, and the automatic manual start-up and stop should be normal. Turn off the main power supply, and the main and standby power supply should be able to switch normally. 5) The effective volume and regulating volume of the pneumatic water tank should meet the design requirements and the start-stop requirements of the pressure stabilizing pump. 3.Pressure relief valve The acceptance of pressure relief valves shall meet the following requirements: 1) The type, specification, design pressure and design flow of pressure relief valve should meet the design requirements. 2) There should be a filter in front of the pressure relief valve. The filter area and aperture should conform to the design requirements and specifications. 3) The static and dynamic pressure of the front and rear of the pressure relief valve shall meet the design requirements. 4) Pressure drainage pipes for testing shall be provided at pressure relief valves. 5) When the pressure relief valve is at 150% of the small flow rate, the design flow rate and the design flow rate, there should be no obvious increase in noise or surge in the pipeline. 6) The head loss of the relief valve shall be less than the static pressure and dynamic pressure difference behind the designed valve. Number of checks: Full checks. Inspection method: Use pressure gauge, flowmeter and visual inspection. 4.Alarm
